For stopping PoE on an ERS switch you’ll first have to enter the configuration mode on your interface then issue the poe-shutdown command:
interface fastethernet XX
Replace “poe poe-shutdown” with “no poe-shutdown” to reactivate PoE.

qos if-group name “Trusted_Ports” class trusted
qos if-assign port 1/50,3/50,4/49-50 name Trusted_Ports
Open a case with Avaya Technical Support and tell them the base MAC or standalone switch MAC. They can generate a temporary password that will work in first 60 seconds after a reboot.
